So it’s fashion week. Yes, that week. Filled with girls in heels hiding behind copies of WWD near the Lincoln Center fountain. This year, in addition to attending a your standard runway event, I got to go to something very special. It was every little girl’s dream, excpet it was made for a big girl.

We pulled up to the David Rubenstein Atrium to a pink line with invitations in hand. We walk in and my inner 10 year old got very excited to see a completely pink room.

Thank god I am 25 or I wouldn’t of been able to enjoy the pink sugar rimmed champagne!

They also had a list of custom Barbie cocktail. I mean, who doesn’t want to consume a beverage called Pink Stiletto.

And then I saw her. It was her. BARBIE. In the flesh! OMG I couldn’t believe my eyes!

Of course there was food and OF COURSE I was eating it. Mini french fry cups, sliders and all kinds of other fun stuff.

Over all, this was probably one of the most fun Fashion Week event’s I’ve ever been to. Which says a lot because last year’s W Hotels party was PRETTY darn fun. Anyways, we stayed for a good amount of time, but had to leave because we didn’t want to be late for Popluxe. That write up and video will come tomorrow.
